KPIs, with the full name Key Performance Indicators, are performance evaluation indicators, also known as KPIs. KPI is a system of indicators that reflect the level of goal accomplishment of a company, department or individual.
Calculating KPIs will depend on the type of KPI you are using.
Here are four general steps for calculating KPIs:
Identify goals: First of all, you need to identify the specific goal you want to measure. This goal should be defined according to the SMART principle (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound)
Choose a KPI: Once the goal is clear, you need to choose an appropriate KPI to measure progress toward that goal.
Collect data: You need to collect data related to the selected KPI. This data can be collected from various sources such as business management systems, website analytics, customer surveys, etc. Analyze and evaluate KPIs: After collecting data, you need to analyze and evaluate the results. If the KPI achieves the set goal, it means you have succeeded. If not, you need to find out the cause and come up with solutions to improve it.
